In September, MLV Commercial and Industrial Real Estate expanded into the south-west region of Western Australia by acquiring Commercial Realty in Bunbury.
Like MLV in Perth, Commercial Realty has an excellent reputation for servicing the commercial and industrial sectors of Bunbury and surrounding areas. Similarly, both organisations have longstanding clients who appreciate the expertise offered by locally owned and operated companies.
Bringing the two organisations together will provide a range of benefits to our existing and future clients and tenants. MLV agents will be working closely with the agents from Commercial Realty to extend the range of properties we can offer to our investors. The thriving economy in the south-west is seeing growth in many sectors, and now our agents will be able to recommend a wide range of investment opportunities in both city and rural sectors, across the state.
